Missing lug nuts caused damage costing me $4300 per the Nashville Mercedes dealer. Barrington Dealership denied responsibility for missing nuts. One lug nut was holding wheel on, very dangerous. Brian Martin was a great help in answering all our technical questions, patient and very friendly! In fact, I told him that; "if you had a arrogant attitude like the ones in Nashville have in the first 2-3 minutes I would have turned your back on you and we would gone to the next dealer". We were so humiliated by those in Nashville (mercedes-benz dealer of city music) that because of them we almost gave up driving or ever buying a mercedes car !! They are only interested in the fake prizes posted on their website enough to catch their customers in the net and after that ... a boy, after that you wish you hadn't known them at all! A lot of executives without the ability to be of any help to their clients. I'd rather spend 2-3 days and travel to Chicago at Motor Werks than drive 20 minutes to Nashville. Motor Werks Chicago remains our reference for the next potential buying cars and their professionalism, that of Brian, the general manager as well as the other technicians, etc. made me believe that I can still find a serious dealer to compare with the one in London / UK where for many years I was their client! Bravo Motor Werks, keep it up !! More
