I ordered the new EQS 450+ SUV that was not due for delivery until Feb 2023. Kayt was gracious to call me right away when an EQS 580 SUV meeting my spec became available. However, I could not visit the delivery until Feb 2023. Kayt was gracious to call me right away when an EQS 580 SUV meeting my spec became available. However, I could not visit the dealership until the following day for business reasons. Yet, others were ready to purchase the car right away. Kayt pressed management to hold the car for me until the following day. And she worked hard to make my buying experience a great one. Best time to test drive is not during high peak commuter time. Busy roads with wait time where you may miss something to inspect during test drive. Nice waiting area.
