After driving 4 hours from Longview to Austin for a family wedding, we encounted a vehicle issue. We called MB Roadside Assistance and spoke with Erika who dispatched a tow truck which arrived in 20 m family wedding, we encounted a vehicle issue. As soon as the vehicle arrived at MB of Austin, Jorge Montoya, service advisor, called us to let us know it had arrived. It was late Thursday afternoon, and Jorge called us the next morning to let know that they had diagnosed the issue and ordered a part to be express delivered on Monday. Jorge communicated with us throughout the whole repair process, and the service department had us on the road on Monday afternoon. Well done, professional, and friendly! We managed to solve it, But when we came for car next day, they added almost 1000$ as ADD. I had never seen such a poor attitude to clients as their Sales Manager Tom showed. He literally told us, I din’t care what my colleague promised you, you’ll pay that 950$ or you can go! We just cancelled our deal and found better option in Mercedes of Georgetown! More
