The people at the dealership are always kind and considerate. I had an bad experience with the Mercedes Roadside Assistance program. I have paid for this program for 8 years and the one time that considerate. I had an bad experience with the Mercedes Roadside Assistance program. I have paid for this program for 8 years and the one time that I needed them, they failed miserably. I waited 4 hours for help for a flat tire and no one came. I think they are understaffed. The ladies and gentlemen tried!!!! More
