Brian welcomed me without hesitation and immediately took action. Right before him, there was another gentleman outside who connected me to Brian, who was also kind. The process was so smooth and easy. They even sent me a detailed video showing my car’s diagnostics, the parts they were going to use, and even pointed out exactly where the issue was located under the hood. Brian’s communication was excellent; he kept me updated every step of the way and prioritized my car to ensure I could make it home for Thanksgiving the next morning. They also went above and beyond by arranging transportation for me after dropping off my vehicle and when it was ready for pickup. The difference in service compared to other places was clear—I felt valued and prioritized. My car now drives incredibly smoothly, and they did a quick car wash, upgraded the software, and took care of a few additional details. Thanks to Brian and the team, I made it home for Thanksgiving feeling safe and blessed. Highly recommend this location for their top-notch service, professionalism, and care! More

Their customer service was poor, and I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer. Despite repeatedly reaching out with my issues, I received little to no effort to address them. Instead, my interactions were dominated by survey requests, making it clear that their priority is their ratings, not their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for genuine service and a company that stands behind their work, look elsewhere. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning. More
