On this past Saturday, I experienced some of the worst customer service that I’ve experience in a long time. The salesperson started out by saying “I don’t know anything about this vehicle; even though I customer service that I’ve experience in a long time. The salesperson started out by saying “I don’t know anything about this vehicle; even though I had scheduled an appointment to test drive it. Stephen was unprofessional and had not bothered to learn any details about the vehicle I requested. He treated me as though I did not belong nor was I welcomed at your dealership. He took an excessively long time to talk to a “manager” about my request for any buying incentives available. He told me this was the best deal within a 200-mile radius and his mannerism said “Take it or leave it.” He did not ask if I would like to test-drive any other vehicles. He did not offer me his card. I was disappointed with this dealership, as I had driven 80 miles to test drive a car. I was put off was his distant attitude and responded in kind. I do plan to purchase a vehicle within the next few weeks, but I will not be using your dealership. Watrina White More

Arrived on time for appointment. Was promptly met, all paperwork was ready. Parts ordered we’re ready. Job finished ahead of promised time. Can returned clean and vacuumed. Traveling on a cross county trip and had brake light come on -- was able to call on a weekend and they were able to get me in first thing Monday morning and get me on my way in no time at all.
