From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience. Jerry was kind and knowledgeable. He got me the right vehicle that I wanted. Thanks to Matt (Finance) in helping us with paperwork. We appreciate his kindness. 2 weeks later we had a minor problem with our GLS 450 (software update for brace) , Karina from service team took care and resolved / fixed all issues. While waiting at the service center, I had a few questions about roof top cargo box and spoke to Clyde from parts department. Clyde was super kind and patient in answering all my questions and helped choose the right accessory for my SUV. World class after sale service / treatment to customers. Will definitely recommend this dealership. Thank you!!! More
