Exceeds Expectations I have been using Mercedes Benz of Atlantic City service for about two years. The only other thing i can say is that they exceed expectations over and above what I thought was possible. More

first class it was first class service from arrival to pick up. The arrival inspection showed a tire issue I didn't know about and i was updated throughout the ti it was first class service from arrival to pick up. Friendly staff, but left with issues My husband Took a day off work to bring my car for service (oil leak) and left with a bigger problem. I called both managers and then never heard back. This was very frustrating and I feel that the problem could have been resolved at the first visit to AC. More

Service beyond the expected. My wife's CLA250 overheated and could not be driven while on vacation at the Jersey shore.
