Oil change Went in for an oil change, checked out with over $5,000 worth of suggested work needed. Never received complementary wash, sticker for next oil change Went in for an oil change, checked out with over $5,000 worth of suggested work needed. Never received complementary wash, sticker for next oil change etc. but they had no problem recommending a ton of work needed in which case I had to declined due to my surprise! Needless to say, perhaps that is why I did not get the wash. I felt disrespected...perhaps it is because I have a 2005 ML 350? Nonetheless not good, not good at all. This place is becoming more like the Cherry Hill dealership...one I had wished to avoid only to see that same service here. No more Mercedes for me. Hopefully I can convince others. More

Yearly maintenance I am surprised that Mercedes doesn’t clean the car when serviced(in&outside.
