Minor body work & tune up. Was told I was getting my front bumper realigned when they fixed my blinker, but when I got my car back, the bumper was exactly the same as it was whe Was told I was getting my front bumper realigned when they fixed my blinker, but when I got my car back, the bumper was exactly the same as it was when I left it with them. RV Nighmare Ended If you have ever been a part of the RV Camping World you know products and service are really hit or miss. In August, we drove our brand new 2016 Tho If you have ever been a part of the RV Camping World you know products and service are really hit or miss. In August, we drove our brand new 2016 Thor Quantum off the lot of a North Jersey dealership. We picked it up on a Friday evening and by Saturday morning we noticed an oil leak in our brand new 2018 RV. We returned it that Monday for repairs on about 13 other things that we found wrong with it even after and "inspection" was charged to us and "completed". This company had it for 2 weeks and we were told the oil leak was not found and then we were told 2 weeks later, at pick up it was fixed. Low and behold it was not. They told us to take it to any certified MB dealer to get it fixed since it was under warranty. I called Damon absolutely beside myself. He got us in, fixed and picked up all in 2 days. If it wasn't for AC MB, I think we would have lost our minds. They had the best service I could have asked for and gave me hope in this market. This was never a MB issue but they took it over and was resolved asap. More
