A friendly and comfortable environment I feel the coustomer service was A plus and my wife and I were treated in a courteous and polite manner. Kevin took the time to look for the best quality tires thats more suitable for our vehicle along with note of recommendations. Sales man Darrel whom assisted me when I was shopping for a vehicle a few months prior remembered me and greeted my wife and I offering us beverages and his assistance for our future vehicle perchase. He remembered our to children that accompanied me to the dealership when test driving a vehicle. My wife and I had a comfortable wait while our vehicle was being serviced. More

Major engine repair After finding out my vehicle needed a $12000 engine repair I was upset and shocked. AC mercedes told me I had an internal oil leak which affected elec After finding out my vehicle needed a $12000 engine repair I was upset and shocked. AC mercedes told me I had an internal oil leak which affected electrical components. I was about 4 weeks out of my CPO warranty, they honored my warranty as they should have. Especially since my vehicle didn't alert me with any engine lights, nothing. I had an oil change about a month or 2 prior could this have been detected then?? No one at Mercedes mentioned this..They had my vehicle for about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and provided a loaner vehicle. Within a weeks time I noticed my radio was working intermittently so I called into service extremely annoyed. Since I knew there were electric issues I was extremely concerned wat else is still wrong? What else did they miss? Since my vehicle wont tell me there's an issue. My radio had zero issues before bringing it into mercedes for this major repair. I spoke to Bill Sparks in service, he told me they could get me in 5 days from now , that it wasn't an emergency, and its ONLY my radio.. and they didn't have a loaner til then. I told him that didn't work for me that my schedule was busy and that day or next was best. He wouldn't accommodate me. I wasn't happy considering my recent repairs were such a huge stress and inconvenience. We went in circles for a few minutes about why they couldn't accommodate me. I was telling Bill Sparks I'm a single woman Im nervous and no longer feel safe in this vehicle. I couldn't believe what happened next...Bill Sparks actually laughed at me..the mercedes employee laughed at their customer because I was upset and because Im a woman! Would Bill Sparks have treated a man this way? Laughed at a man? I doubt it. I ended the conversation since Bill Sparks was disrespectful. I called back to speak with a mgr ( sales mgr) I don't recall his name, who acknowledged and apologized for Bills behavior. I asked him if Bill Sparks was trained to treat his customers this way, maybe Bill Sparks was wrongly placed and shouldn't work directly with customers. He didn't say much about that just that he was sorry for how Bill Sparks treated me. Why would you keep an employee at a high end vehicle dealership with this kind of attitudes towards women customers?! So here I am waiting 5 days after them having my car for major repairs..they should have done the right thing and got my vehicle back in right away..and they didn't! I tried to talk with GM Michael Liss but couldn't reach him... More
