Unfortunately once we said we would like to discuss purchasing the car, we got handed off to Darren (who it turns out isn't even a salesman). He seemed fine at first, did the usual keep you there waiting forever while he talks to his manager multiple times even though Darnell had promised that we wouldn't be playing that game. After a couple hours, he returned and very rudely told me that their price is fixed and they can't budge. I don't know if it was a negotiation tactic but it seemed like he was somehow trying to intimidate me and wasn't well received, especially since his last words about my offer was "I think we can work with that". His manager came out, I forget his name, and he acted like I was a huge inconvenience trying to buy a car and then sarcastically insinuated that I was lying that I had never traded a car in before. We eventually agreed to buy the car and when I came to sign for it, found that the purchase price was incorrect on the documents. He apologized and I'm sure it was a simple error but things like that shouldn't happen. I then noticed the registration fees were higher than I expected and asked to be provided with a breakdown of them. Turns out since I was registering out of state, they hired a third party company to do the paperwork without disclosing to me that it costs $135, and had it hidden in the registration fees. If I hadn't asked for the breakdown I never would have known. The service department had replaced two of the tires when they took it on trade but left the front two nearly bald. Once I brought it up, the salesman checked it out and his words were "you're right, they're pretty bad". C'mon service dept, you can do better than that! I received a text a few days after purchase from Tina Lachina where she asked if I was satisfied and said that "your complete satisfaction is most important to me". I replied that I had a negative experience. I never heard back from her. Overall it was a terrible experience and I don't recommend anyone purchase a used car here. Maybe you'll be treated well if you buy a new Mercedes but I felt like I was thrown to the side since a purchased another brand pre-owned. More

Service was fine, not thrilled with the vehicle quality I was very disappointed that I needed service for three issues in the first couple hundred miles. As a first-time customer, with family members who have purchased eight MB in the last 10 years, I expected more accommodating service. I had to wait three weeks to get an appointment, take a vacation day to drive 42 miles to the dealership, go through paperwork and pick up a loaner. Then do the same one week later to pick up my GLE. I would have imagined MB would have offered to come pick up my brand-new, defective vehicle so I wouldn't be further inconvenienced. But nothing. Not even an apology for it. I had an Acura for 90k+ miles and never had an issue. So far, I am not impressed. More

They actually made me order a new key for over $400 when the issue was just a blown fuse.I ended up spending close to $800 More
Too long a wait (15 mins) for drop off despite reservation. One customer service desk open while other employee at desk played with iPhone. Car not ready when promised.
