The experience was exceptional. I did a online chat with Ashley Booker to let her know what I wanted. We did the app and I received a call from Chris Biro to tell me what steps to take. When I arrived at the dealer Sankar Henderson went over the car with us, everything that we wanted fixed was noted and fixed the following day. Mick Wilson did a excellent job of calling the lender and making sure all unanswered questions that I had were answered. I bought my car in April 2013 and wasn't going to do a review until I saw something on the dealers website with a few bad reviews, and wanted to tell of the experience that I had. I noticed that the reviews were complaints with the same salesperson, maybe that was the problem but I was a mercedes owner when I bought this car but my experience at mbofsouthatlanta changed everything for me as a car butter. Though we live on the north side of Atlanta we could not find the GL450 in the color scheme we wanted. We drove to the south side and was very pleased with the service we received. This GL also had more options than we were looking for but Richard worked with us to secure a payment that we were comfortable with. The free ariport parking is also a nice perk! We were looking for a specific color vehicle with the items we wanted and just could not find one anywhere near where we live. We had another dealership try to sell us a used vehicle with most of what w items we wanted and just could not find one anywhere near where we live. We had another dealership try to sell us a used vehicle with most of what we wanted but they weren't very flexible on price and it was kind of a "take it or leave it" attitude. We found MBSA on line and they responded to us on Memorial Day and were very kind and accommodating from the beginning. Despite the demand for the vehicle, they worked with us and made us a deal we could accommodate. They were very nice and helpful and my wife loves her new car! More
