This was an almost perfect experience, everyone was friendly, accommodating, and professional but not in a cold and calculating way. Charles has put my son ans my stepdad in vehicles and now has helped me and will do everything he can to get you into something you will love as well as fits your needs and budget…he is the best and I will always come back anytime I need a new vehicle for myself and family! Also a quick note, Conner assisted me with finance and he was so pleasant, it was a joy to have met him and he was sis everything to get my paperwork finished up as quickly and professionally as possible. Charles was an unexpected pleasure of a salesman. I have been taking my 2008 Mercedes SUV to Mercedes-Benz of Asheville for service since it was just a few months old. I have always been pleased with the service department’s handling of routine service as of Asheville for service since it was just a few months old. I have always been pleased with the service department’s handling of routine service as well as the few problems occurring through out the years. As a result my 13 1/2 year old SUV is very reliable and still looks very good. I am especially happy to have Darrell Inman as my service “go to” person. He is always helpful, courteous and friendly.
