Brad and his sales colleague Chris Jordan were incredibly patient with me, allowing me to test drive any number of vehicles before settling on a 2015 Mercedes-Benz ML 400. As always, Brad was honest and straightforward beyond measure. When Brad says that he "works hard for his customers" this is not car salesman doublespeak, but 100% the honest truth. Dwayne, as always, was very fair with my trade-in with Tony Sellers throwing in a great deal on the new Benz. I've since learned that Skyland is a family-owned business, not one of those megalithic "chain" dealerships that you find in every city and town in North Carolina. The family approach in the way of hard work and loyalty shows from the salesmen and women on the ground, in the financing department and with the sales managers. As an example, my older IPOD would not work with the cord supplied by Mercedes. One of the salesman NOT involved with the sale and with nothing to gain financially, took 15 minutes of his valuable time (and consulted with Tony) and they literally took a cord out of a brand-new Mercedes and gave it to me so that I could jam with my tunes in my incredible new Mercedes SUV. I would recommend this dealership and Brad Belcher and crew without reservation as this is my fourth car from this incredible dealership. More
Best car buying experience in my life I have probably bought about twenty new cars in my life. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Prior to going to Skyland I v I have probably bought about twenty new cars in my life. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Prior to going to Skyland I visited several dealerships in Atlanta. Even after meeting salespeople in person most never bothered to followup with a call or email. Skyland's Sam King responded to my email query before I visited and proceeded to answer every question I had before I ever got to the dealership. He was thorough, gave correct answers, was fair in his dealings, made me feel important and wanted as a customer. When we went for a test drive he did a thorough unhurried demonstration of the car to my wife (the real buyer) even though we were late driving there from Lake Toxaway, NC due to a storm and the dealership closed soon after our arrival. He stayed after hours to write up the deal, our first ever lease deal which required answering several questions for us about leasing basics, and the F&A manager, Jan Perkins stayed late too to finalize the details. If we are as happy with the Mercedes ML350 as we are with Sam, Jan and Skyland Automotive, we will probably never go anywhere else to buy a new car. We also had a Mercedes SL purchased at a dealership in Atlanta serviced the day we picked up the ML350 at Skyland. Service was excellent too. This may be a small Mercedes Benz dealership compared to the big city stores but they are the one you want to go to. PS: I rated price 4 stars simply because I believe there could always be a little bit more to be had but we felt Ok about the price we got. More

Brad was an excellent salesman, showing concern for our priorities and questions. He made a special effort to meet our expectations on the value of two trade-in vehicles even though only one was there. O priorities and questions. Once we had agreed on the purchase, he knew exactly what had to be done in terms of titles, insurance, and further types of service. Sena was most helpful in completing the insurance tasks and was even able to offer us a much lower price on coverage. The entire team at Skyland was friendly and helpful. More

After regular service oil leak on my garage floor - back to Skyland service on my 2012, 350 bluetec - told oil leak on oil cooler unit, it is a 14 hour job after 4 days we are told air leak on the turbo, wi to Skyland service on my 2012, 350 bluetec - told oil leak on oil cooler unit, it is a 14 hour job after 4 days we are told air leak on the turbo, witch are located on top of engine. This means they needed to remove the turbo on top of the engine intake and part of intake to get to the part that was leaking. I requested to see the car in the repair bay, we I got there I saw the hole top of the engine parts intake, turbos, plastic parts taken off. What I did not like to see is my car parts just in used boxes and some on the floor laying around, how about a nice rack cart for a nice car and its parts. I left and every day I was told we are getting parts and we still working on the air leak. My opinion they can not put the parts back together. After exactly 2 weeks I get the car back all done running great I was told. I drive the car and I hear air blowing all the way home coming from the engine. Contacted Mercedes Benz of America and spoke to a customer service guy. He told me take it back its ok ( very friendly ). I insisted. I will never take the car back they do not have mechanics that are trained to fix my car, As they also service Jeep, Mazda, and a few other cars there, maybe it was the Mazda guys turn to fix Mercedes that day!! Any ways it toke the car the next day to Carlton Mercedes of Greenville, Sc. Test drive there , yes air leak intake. Give us a week, after that may phone calls we need to order an other part and this part is on back order from M-Benz it has been 2 weeks today and the car is at Carlton so a total of ( 1 month ) now for a car that's not old and has 41K miles. Todays date12/10/2013 and the car is sitting at Carlton waiting for parts that only default by wrongful installation or reassemble at Skyland. Do not go there. Skyland or Mercedes are very nice but nice does not help me how about we are sorry and we can give you a car. No, I just don't have my car and nice people do really not give a hoot More

We went in for service on my ML350 and liked a new ML model on the floor. Our long time sales representative, Jeremy Shea, was excellent in helping us make the purchase. He has always been knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and non pushy.This was true on this experience as well. We could not be more pleased. Other considerations: 1. The entire staff from the sales dept to the service department are always friendly an accommodating. 2. A special note should be made for service consultant Darrell Inman who always delivers top performance and did again on prep on this unit. 3. The paperwork part was easy, facilitated by Kathy (I think I have her name right). 4. It is nice, too, when both the owner and the general manager make an effort to see us and congratulate us on our new purchase. Jeremy and Skyland are the best and we will certainly be return customers. More
