He says the contact doesn't say that. No it does not he never changed it and I didn't notice. Watch what he writes not what he says. I won't be back. Ask him why he had to replace the first MB. From the first phone conversation through the delivery, Jeremy was very cheerful, showed great knowledge of the Mercedes product, and always took the extra step to be sure I was satisfied. He explained all the options and helped me pick the packages that were perfect for me. At delivery of the vehicle, he worked with me to set up all the features and even scheduled an appointment a week later to answer all the questions I had after driving it for a week. I've been seeing Darrell Inman for several years for work performed on my car and he has always been professional and friendly. And he is a man of his word, if he tells you he will call you back in 15 minutes, he does exactly that. I've encountered not only Darrell but also Nate and Hilliary. They are so friendly and take extra time to make sure my concerns my resolved. I can truly say I feel like I'm their "main priority" every time I've gone even if the waiting room is full. Thank you Darrell for your patience and for always helping and making sure my issues are resolved. I stop in and talk to the sales manager when I am there for service and highly recommend him. I have been at the dealership for service twice. I drive a considerable distance and they scheudle me at convenient times and insure the automobile is worked on immediately to minimize my time at the dealership. They listen carefully to my questions and insure the everything is done properly. More

Worst experience ever I arrived 30 minutes early for a repair job that was supposed to take three hours to complete. 27 hours later, I was still waiting on my vehicle. The dealership provided me with a loaner but charged me for the gas I used while I was waiting on my car. I was told to return the following morning at 10:00 but didn't get my car until almost 1:00 that afternoon. Terrible experience. More
