Great Customer Service in "Service Department" Took my car to Skyland for routine check up and the customer service in the "Service Dept" is great! The reason I continue to go to Skyland Automotive is because the customer service at the "Service Dept" is AWESOME! Darrell greets me with a smile every time and makes sure all the details are taken care of and I do not feel I need to ask him again, because he has already taken care of my needs. The lease car program which Hilliary is in charge of is prompt and always friendly! And how could I forget Nate..he is always pleasant to talk to and has a smile on his face! What a great TEAM! Unfortunately, there was not a tire to fit my 2017 300C in stock. So, Skyland arranged for my family to enjoy an unexpected overnight stay in Asheville. With some assistance from Greenville, SC the two dealerships arranged to meet half way and had us on our way the following afternoon. Skyland absolutely made what could have been a nightmare a bearable experience. Thanks for the great customer service Nathan!!! More

He says the contact doesn't say that. No it does not he never changed it and I didn't notice. Watch what he writes not what he says. I won't be back. Ask him why he had to replace the first MB. They don't want the public to know that. More

From the first phone conversation through the delivery, Jeremy was very cheerful, showed great knowledge of the Mercedes product, and always took the extra step to be sure I was satisfied. He explained all the options and helped me pick the packages that were perfect for me. At delivery of the vehicle, he worked with me to set up all the features and even scheduled an appointment a week later to answer all the questions I had after driving it for a week. I've been seeing Darrell Inman for several years for work performed on my car and he has always been professional and friendly. And he is a man of his word, if he tells you he will call you back in 15 minutes, he does exactly that. I've encountered not only Darrell but also Nate and Hilliary. They are so friendly and take extra time to make sure my concerns my resolved. I can truly say I feel like I'm their "main priority" every time I've gone even if the waiting room is full. Thank you Darrell for your patience and for always helping and making sure my issues are resolved.
