Great dealership, great service, great experience. After relocating to Charleston, SC I discovered a lack of reliable service at the Mercedes dealer. I expected and received great service and was accommodated by Darrell as always. Five Star Mercedes Experience Javier Escobar is the best, most professional car sales employee I've ever worked with. He is knowledgeable about his customer base, answers a wide range of questions about the Mercedes brand and...LISTENS. During our research process, he was always accessible and made the most efficient use of his and our time while we were at the showroom and during the test drive. We never felt pressured in any way regarding a new car. Initially we thought we would have to order the Mercedes GLE 350 we wanted and he never rushed us through that process, making sure we got the car we really wanted. Fortunately, a car came in that had all but two options (and those were not game-changers) and the deal was done. Scott Wright did a great job introducing us to all of the navigation and electronic features, taking the angst out of a very steep learning curve into the electronic world of automobiles. (We also have a 1999 Mercedes ML 320.) He is always on call for follow-up questions, too. Not only that, he spent a good amount of time with us this week when we went in to get more information about a cargo net for dogs. I would also like to thank Skeeter Coin who spent time with us looking at the Jeep Grand Cherokee before we settled on the Mercedes. All of the employees we came in contact with were very complimentary of each other which made a lasting impression. Thank you all so much! More

I just bought a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 at Skyland. This was the very best car buying experience I have ever had. The Sales person( Mr. Lee Smith) was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. He introduced us to many other people there in the dealership and all were interested and ready to help. When we finally made up our minds to buy a Mercedes , we called Lee and he immediately made time for us to come in. The dealer made an offer which was not far from what I had estimated which I felt to be reasonable. I made a counter offer and within a few minutes we owned a new Mercedes. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone looking for a new car. They sell many different kinds of cars and all are displayed great! I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who was as pleasant to visit with as all the other people we met. Unfortunately, there was not a tire to fit my 2017 300C in stock. So, Skyland arranged for my family to enjoy an unexpected overnight stay in Asheville. With some assistance from Greenville, SC the two dealerships arranged to meet half way and had us on our way the following afternoon. Skyland absolutely made what could have been a nightmare a bearable experience. Thanks for the great customer service Nathan!!! More
