Worst experience ever. There technicians are absolutely untrained and only know how to hook the car up to their computer. No problem solving skills which has cost me $5K be There technicians are absolutely untrained and only know how to hook the car up to their computer. No problem solving skills which has cost me $5K because they were unable to troubleshoot a simple wiring issue but kept replacing very expensive modules. Also took 1 year to fix the car due to lack of parts that were actually not required for the repair. More

Car until the end of the day. I was at a point of becoming very sick with my medication. Other customers were offered a vehicle much sooner and there wait time was no where near the time I waited. I couldn't give this dealership one star. I just got off the phone with the used car manager who bold face lied to me. I had a verbal agreement that if they would get a defect fixed on the ca I just got off the phone with the used car manager who bold face lied to me. I had a verbal agreement that if they would get a defect fixed on the car that I would buy it. The used car manager, Tim, told me he took the car to the painter on Friday and he would call me when it was ready. We had negotiated a price, I agreed to deal with the dealership on the financing and everything was great. Today I looked on the website to see that the car had been taken off. I figured it was because it was at the shop and they knew they had a buyer. I found out later that on Saturday they sold the car to someone else. Tim's reason was that this buyer would buy the car without it being fixed. I asked Tim about him telling me he took the car in to have it fixed on Friday he said "well I was going to". What kind of business is that? This would have been the second car I bought from this location and I won't ever buy another one. What ever happened to a man's word? What ever happened to building customer loyalty. I'll tell you what happened. It's all about making the most money possible. Don't get me wrong business is business but You can't keep treating customers this way and hope they will return to do business with you. Tim did offer to find me another car. I told him no thank you. I'll spend my money where I'm appreciated. Lost Customer More
