Customer Service a man of Excellence Monday June 1st my wife and I took our Mercedes to Arrowhead Mercedes for service, when we pulled up Phil Tiemeier came from his desk to greet us, he Monday June 1st my wife and I took our Mercedes to Arrowhead Mercedes for service, when we pulled up Phil Tiemeier came from his desk to greet us, he shook my hand and then went around an opened the door for my wife. He then ask what he could do for us, I told him we were here for the B1 service on the car. He told us it would take about two hours and said if we needed to go somewhere he would get us a driver. We said we would like to go to breakfast, they took us and picked us up when we called. when we returned Phil told us there was no charge. He thanked us and said if there is anything he could for us just call. Phil Tiemeier is friendly always greet you with a smile, Phil i s an asset to Mercedes of Arrowhead and to the Mercedes Corporation.
