Deceptive sales tactics and lies I worked with Michael Sobczak. It was obvious all he wanted was a sale. I could live with his horrendous grammar and accent, but everything else was I worked with Michael Sobczak. It was obvious all he wanted was a sale. I could live with his horrendous grammar and accent, but everything else was too much. He said everything I wanted to hear even though he was not being honest. I should say that either he was intentionally lying or he was just one of the most uninformed salesperson alive. Some issues- wrong money factor on lease rate, didn't know about next years model with added features, service plan "included" which he pointed out several times, but I later found out to mean that they automatically charge you $1200 without disclosing it at all. I found out at the last moment after reading thru the contract in the finance dept. I was told about 10 times how important the survey was and how it affects his salary, which is just tacky. 6 weeks later I still haven't received the survey....coincidental? doubt it. I was asked to come in and sign the paperwork before the end of the month so it would count toward that months sales so I said ok. Once there, I was told the lease starts immediately. I said I came to sign the paperwork so the deal is closed, but my car wouldn't be delivered for another 2 1/2 weeks, so why would I start paying on a car that I don't have. Absolutely ridiculous! My car was promised and took an additional 2 1/2 weeks to arrive after it couldn't be found. 2 emails to the GM Matt Kinder have gone unanswered. When we got a loaner car after my car, Michael couldn't be found. Michael couldn't be located until we were driving away in the loaner, after waiting around 35 minutes. Real nice to leave us hanging and no one knew anything about the promised loaner car. I will say the receptionist at the front desk was very professional and concerned about us sitting there waiting with Michael nowhere to be found. Also, Josh was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out to teach us all the car's features. I will never return to this dealer and will now have to drive 45 minutes further to go to another dealer which is absolutely fine with me. I am so frustrated with Michael and the GM. I waited 6 weeks after getting the car to write this review in hopes things would've gotten better but this dealership continues to disappoint. More

I purchased a new car in April with Bob Cross over the phone. When I went to pick up the car, a random person handed me the keys and then just walked away. A refund check that was promised by the sales person never surfaced. The worst car dealership experience I have ever had! I recently purchased a BMW in Portland and I throughly enjoyed the process working with the respectable sales people there. I will stick with BMW as they clearly have much better business ethics. More

Michael Sobczak was fantastic to work with and he helped us select the right vehicle. Michael made the buying experience very enjoyable and it was a pleasure to meet him. Todd did a great job in the finance department and Josh was very patient instructing my wife on how to use the many technology features of the car. Overall a great car buying experience. I will return again to Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead for a future purchase. More

Prior to my C250, I owned a Lexus and I must admit that was quite surprised with level of service that I have received today. I had pleasure of working with Tina Griffith, she was a professional, polite and pleasure to do business with. When i got there, she had arranged for a service tech to sit with me and see what the issue or my concern was, I do not remember his name but he was just as professional as Tina. Such level of service, attention to detail made me feel that my concern was important and as a valued customer. I want to take a moment and personally thank you for hiring such great induviduals and making my experience as EXCELLENT as it can be. Thank you! More
Excellent Out Of Town Experoence It was a real pleasure working with Michael Sobczak. We couldn't find a quality SLK350 in Vegas but found one online at Arrowhead Mercedes in Az. Mic It was a real pleasure working with Michael Sobczak. We couldn't find a quality SLK350 in Vegas but found one online at Arrowhead Mercedes in Az. Michael called us right away, went over the features of the vehicle, sent us additional pictures and the carfax. Because the car was certified Mercedes and rare to find, we flew out to Arrowhead Mercedes. Michael had a car waiting to pick us up at the airport. The process there was quick and easy. We had been researching this type of car for a month and knew that Michael was giving us the best price without all the hassle. The car was everything we expected and more and Michael and the dealership exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend traveling to this dealership. More

Poor Communication is Disappointing to Long-Distance Buyer While looking to purchase a specific make/model of car, we found one here via a web search. The sales person (Jeff Lane) was very quick to respond to all of our questions prior to the actual sale, BUT as soon as the sale was complete and our check was cashed, I wasn't able to get any help from the dealership to assist me with shipping specifics, title info, etc. I was shocked at the lack of call backs after leaving messages at both the dealership and the sales rep's cell phone. Not only did Jeff not call us back, but the lack of cooperation from Thomas (sales management) and Todd (finance) left me in disbelief at the unsatisfactory customer service post-sale. If you are looking for a long-distance purchase from this dealership, beware of their lack of communication and good luck! More
