I thought the deal was very fair and most importantly, how quickly we were able to negotiate and close the deal. I have bought a couple of dozen cars and know the work really begins once you drive the car off the lot. For that, Chris Dodd has been a great resource. Chris is also very knowledgeable on Mercedes cars; He knows how to treat a customer and the value his great customer service and positive attitude brings to MB of arrowhead.
