Other Dealers Take Notice: Arrowhead Went Above And Beyond! I brought my 2014 M-B ML350 in for it's first 10K service, with a few extras that I wanted performed at the time. Alan Beracierto greeted me promptly, I brought my 2014 M-B ML350 in for it's first 10K service, with a few extras that I wanted performed at the time. Alan Beracierto greeted me promptly, had my paperwork completed, and had me in a loaner car in a matter of minutes. The best part of this is that Alan listened to my questions, answered them to my satisfaction, and didn't make me feel like I was part of the usual dealership experience. One thing that I have noticed is that a lot of dealerships make you feel like you're part of sort of assembly line process, but Alan definitely puts an emphasis on customer service. I was called in the timeframe that Alan promised, and was told my vehicle was ready. The pickup process is as easy as the drop off, and rather than get shuffled off to another part of the dealership to pay at a cashier, Alan took care of the whole process from his desk, and my vehicle was parked right outside of the service department's door. All of this sounds pretty good, correct? Well, here is where Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead made the whole experience better. There's a story behind this vehicle, and one that not only should embarrass the dealer that I bought it from (NOT Arrowhead), but Mercedes-Benz themselves. I will not go into detail, but I will advise anyone that wants to do business with a certain Mercedes-Benz dealer in North Scottsdale to consider looking elsewhere. Upon picking up my vehicle from it's 10K service, Alan notified me that their detailer noticed my paint was in very poor condition, with holograms from poor polishing, scratches and swirls, and hard water spots. I then told Alan how the selling dealer gave me the worst experience in customer service that I have ever received. Go figure, this is a "premium" vehicle, right? When I took the issue to Mercedes-Benz Customer Service, basically they stuck to the script that I needed to resolve this with the selling dealer. After a protracted battle, M-B notified me that I could have the paint polished out at another facility, provided their service manager approved the price. Come on, Mercedes-Benz, this is YOUR reputation on the line. Well, as time is at a premium for me, I decided that was it, never again will I purchase a Mercedes-Benz vehicle again. Instead of standing behind the fit and finish of their product, they elected to hide behind their dealer. After hearing my side of the story, Alan said that he would be in touch with Vern Foutz, and see if there was anything that they could do. Alan seemed genuine in his concern, and wanted to do what he could to clear up my perception of how Mercedes-Benz does business. Within two business days, Alan let me know that they were confident they could polish out the paint, and make thing right. As a matter of fact, Alan said that I could bring the vehicle in the next day, and a loaner car was available, and that Arrowhead was providing this service free of charge! Let me remind you that I did not buy the vehicle here (I am regretting that I did not). The next day, Alan had the vehicle, and sent me on my way in a loaner. Five and a half hours later, Alan called to tell me that it was done, and that I'd definitely like what I saw. Honestly, that was an understatement, I loved what I saw. I got my ML350 back looking as it should have when I picked it up from the selling dealer! Phil definitely has the skill, technique, and patience to make paintwork glow! To sum things up, I would like to say thank you to Alan, Vern, Phil. You gentlemen are professionals, you offer genuine customer service with a personal touch, and both your dealership and the Mercedes-Benz organization are most fortunate to have you! Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Arrowhead for your generosity, and for changing my opinion of Mercedes-Benz. More
Responsive, helpful and patient Customer Service and the varied inventory. Jeff Lane, the Internet Sales Manager was responsive, helpful and patient. He was forthright and helped us get to a deal that we both accepted. Working with him was a pleasant experience. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. He was a pleasure to deal with. We would certainly consider purchasing a future vehicle from Jeff when the time comes. We felt like we were in excellent hands. We appreciated his responsiveness, even though he had a day off when we wanted to stop by. He made sure that we were taken care of...and we were. His Assistant, Adrian, was an incredible young man. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him out on the lot comparing the various vehicles. He was extremely pleasant, patient and kind. He answered all of our questions, eager to ensure that we understood the features and options of each vehicle. We had a wonderful time with him. He let us spend as much time as we wanted with each car. He never once seemed bored or hurried. My wife and I were extremely impressed with this young man. After purchasing the vehicle, he took great care of us. He explained every feature and option, and he did it in a methodical and logical way that was easy to follow and understand. It was clear that he wanted us to drive away comfortable with the vehicle and how it operated. Again, he spent a great deal of time and showed incredible patience. We sincerely hope that your company takes great care of this promising young man. He represents your company very well...and we were impressed with Jeff Lane and your dealership for giving Adrian the opportunity to excel. We cannot say enough good things about Adrian, and Jeff. The receptionist was also extremely pleasant, kind and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her while waiting for assistance. She was encouraging and went out of her way to ensure that we were happy. We also met a few other salesmen, who were extremely nice. My wife commented many times that people who work in your dealership must be happy employees. More
Best buying experience: EVER! I purchased a 2012 Ford F-150. Right? At a Mercedes dealer? Yup. I was looking for a specific vehicle and they had one. I did most of the negotia I purchased a 2012 Ford F-150. Right? At a Mercedes dealer? Yup. I was looking for a specific vehicle and they had one. I did most of the negotiating via telephone. Right? Talk about being able to control the experience. Reached an acceptable deal including a trade in a couple of hours. Was not called by the Sales guy, then the assistant sales manager, then the sales manager, then the grand poobah. One guy the entire way. Very responsive. Got the deal I wanted. Then drove to the dealership the next day with check in hand. Still thinking this is too good to be true. Expected some SNAFU when I arrived. Nope. Truck perfectly prepped and ready to go. Test drive, sit down in the sales guy's office, work a little paperwork, then head to finance guy (he happens to do all the paperwork), signed several more documents, then out to my new truck and on my way. Entire experience lasted less than an hour and no screwing around. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. The next time I want a new or used car I will start looking at Arrowhead Mercedes. If they don't have what I want I will be sad! If you need a new Mercedes or a very good used car, start here and keep your fingers crossed. Jeff and the gang: thanks! Again, best car buying experience ever. Most salespersons were only interested if they thought they could close a sale that day. There was no follow-up. We were directed to Mercedes of Arrowhead by the Costco Auto Purchase program, knowing that Costco had already performed a review. I talked to Barry Bridges by phone and explained our situation and what we were seeking. Barry stayed in touch and called when he had a car that met our needs and desires. When we finally drove down to the Phoenix area from Northern Arizona, we found Barry to be friendly, low-keyed, extremely knowledgeable, and very business-like. I would definitely recommend Barry and this dealership. More
Car Purchase I found the car I purchased on the internet, doing some specific searches for the model I was looking for. I found what I was looking for at Mercedes Benz of Arrowhead. I placed an inquiry on the internet and Barry Bridges returned my call. He answered all my questions. I was interested enough to drive out the see the car. He met me in the lot. Once again, we sat down, he answered ALL questions in a pleasant and polite manner. We then talked high level financing (ball park estimate of my payment). I had to think about the purchase a little bit, and left the dealer. Called back that same day and told Barry I wanted the car. He put it on a hold for me, until we could get back together a couple days later. I drove back to the dealer, and purchased the car. I really appreciate NOT being in a heavy sells situation. The transaction was pleasant, no high presssure sales, and would recommend Barry and this dealership to anyone. More

Last year I acquired a fantastic pre-owned C300 Sedan that makes me feel so safe on the road. Last week I had a flat tire on the freeway. The RoadSide Assistance was so awesome that I felt I was in a James Bond movie. A neatly dressed gentleman showed up quickly in a white Mercedes van, wearing a white shirt and changed my tire in ten minutes. The next morning when I called in, an appointment had already been scheduled for me and all I had to do was get to the dealership. I had several conversations with the friendly staff, a delicious cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, and took advantage of the free wifi service to stay caught up with all my emails. Before I knew it, my car was serviced, washed to perfection and I was on my way. This is not an unusual experience for me. I am an extremely loyal MB of Arrowhead customer! More
