Garry Burk, a new person handling my account, did an excellent job for me. I had arranged for a loaner car and when Enterprise could not give me one, he immediately arranged for a house loaner. I have an excellent experience in working with American Service Center since the later 1990's, during which time I purchased 2 previously owned and one new Mercedes working with Frank Namin and JT Tillery, Service Center since the later 1990's, during which time I purchased 2 previously owned and one new Mercedes working with Frank Namin and JT Tillery, at different times. I kept these Mercedes in top notch shape and held on to them for 6-8 years. I have also recommended others that have gone on to purchase vehicles here also. My current vehicle (CL550 2010) is the only Mercedes not purchased here and this acquisition was a matter of timing and most enticing offer. If I were in the market for another Mercedes (which may be the case in the future), American Service Center would be my first stop due to dealership integrity, quality of cars offered, and the integrity to stand behind the sales given most circumstances that may occur after the sale. Early September 2023 I brought my car to the dealership to correct a malfunction with the electronic emissions system, a costly repair. Roy in auto parts provided exceptional service this time as he has always over the years when I call to inquire about anything and this has been the case over the many years I have been in contact with the dealership. He ordered the part from Germany and it had arrived by the time I dropped the car off for repair. The check in process was expedient, American Service Center allowed me to bring the car the night before scheduled repair, and Terrence arranged for a loaner Mercedes, at no cost to me. McGuire, assigned service manager, who was busy during my visit, followed up with a phone call to me after I left the dealership and when the car was ready to pick up. For me, American Service Center is a trusted source for buying Mercedes and obtaining service. More
