Service department makes things right I was concerned when I retrieved my auto that there was a message on the dashboard screen that I could not remove in order to see the digital speed. I I was concerned when I retrieved my auto that there was a message on the dashboard screen that I could not remove in order to see the digital speed. I called back to the service and was told to bring the auto back. I asked to talk to the service manager because of a similar occurrence a few months back The service manager was very helpful (as he had been in the previous incident) and gave me specific advice how to remove the message instead of coming back into the dealership. I offered a customer's perspective on the incident, and he seemed very accommodating to improvements in ensuring that the auto controls be returned to the customer almost exactly as they left it...esp. dashboard screen/controls and exterior light settings.
