Edwin was very attentive, patient, and explained all the repairs that were going to be performed very well. He made me feel comfortable and not afraid to discuss the repairs. Typically at dealerships, the male service attendants have a habit of making women feel stupid. Edwin is by far the best service representative I've ever had in all my years of owning a car and having to deal with unpleasant service reps. Edwin is the best. More
