They cleaned car up and fixed problem and notified me that car was ready for pickup. I took train from fredericksburg to dealership and was informed that no one could find the key to the car. I would have to return another day to pickup car. I asked if I could get a loaner since I was from 50 + milea away. Since I had not purchased this car from the dealeship, I was informed this was not possible( although I still owned a car that I had purchased at the dealership). I have not been back since. More
