My wife and I came in today to discuss the purchase of a certified previously owned 2021 Red GLS 450. This was the worst experience I have had trying to purchase a vehicle. I am previous Mercedes Benz owner, but the experience today with the sales rep has definitely turned me away from a purchase from this dealership. I did talk to both managers before I left. We still plan to purchase a Mercedes Benz, but we will have to work with other dealerships that are willing to listen to the concerns of the customer vice continuously attacking them about their concerns. We repeatedly asked him to explain the difference between this dealerships value and the market average. His response was to attack us about doubting his dealerships estimation. When my wife pointed out the car has been in the lot since April and the dealership has dropped the price twice (which brings it closer to market average), he then accused us of claiming they are trying to price gouge and took a very rude tone with my wife. This is when we decided to leave and take our business to another dealership. All we wanted to understand is whether their new price, that is still $4k above the market average, was a good price. This is a fair question, because of the simple fact that the dealership has reduced the price twice since April. This is a clear sign about the market value on that vehicle. A person working in the sales industry has to have a better temperament when addressing potential customers. It is totally normal for a customer to seek the best value and to properly understand cost differences proposed by a dealership. Fortunately, our loan approval is still valid for the next 2 weeks, so we can focus on our 2nd and 3rd choice of vehicles offered at dealerships in Fredericksburg and in NJ. More

My tire went flat on I 495. Tire pressure dropped from 40 to 28! I was able to pull off the beltway to a shopping center. Wasn’t the best area. Called MB connect, tow truck 2 hour wait and guys were making me feel uncomfortable in the area. I drove under 50 mph to MB of Arlington and THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO GET MY TIRE REPAIRED! Called ahead and left my service advisor a vmail and he came out and took care of my tire but also checked the front brakes that I occasionally heard squealing. This was on a Saturday. New tire ordered and installed Monday! THANK YOU ANTONIO!!!!! More
