Rodd is aware of the root of this already though I appreciate the invitation to reach out to him. I will say he did fix a chunk of issues when he was first brought into this dealership years ago. I feel other issues are now brewing which was why I actually gave direct feedback before I posted this review. I got the reach back after I posted reviews. Again sales was the first to reach out. I explained the feedback I gave directly was meant to help them maybe research retraining situations. End of the day I already had a more positive experience when I stopped into service to have something verified with the new brand so I'm hopeful on my path forward that I chose. I hope whatever conversations I had will help you determine if there are process or customer experience refinements that can be made. Best of luck to you all.
