Service is what ultimately had me pick a different make I do not think I have that high of expectations so some of the rave service reviews really do stump me. I would call the experience over the years us I do not think I have that high of expectations so some of the rave service reviews really do stump me. I would call the experience over the years usually average, sometimes it exceeded but it was the low moments that convinced me to look for another path. I get the last low moment of them doing something that was not fully agreed to could have been rectified. That would have come at a cost to me with more loss of time from work shuttling the car in and picking it up. But it just was a final straw so I moved on. I did talk with some others that own this make (as I have in the past) and was reminded to use a different dealership for a different experience on getting warranty items fixed and just general experience. Or I was also reminded that others moved on from the brand. So I made my choice and moved on after checking out other options. Honestly I had already started looking at other brands in the fall after some other experiences but additional low moments accelerated my search and decision to ultimately switch brands. I decided to give feedback on the why I left and honestly only sales responded. Look I get that but did I ask for anything? No. Was I doing that most likely as constructive criticism as I feel you have issues brewing that can be fixed, yes. I gave up my time, clearly that was not reciprocated. I guess I can use that as a validation of my gut feeling to move on. So again I read some of these reviews and I think...are you sure the experience was as top notch as what you just wrote? I dealt with some of these same people. Glad some are really getting something out of it. Again I would call it all average with some exceeding and then more low moments than exceeding. End of the day, I just want warranty items fixed under warranty, I want the quote and the job to be completed as agreed with minimal disruption. So if you meet that then you stay off my radar and I happily pay any service bill I owe. I think it is easier to have mess ups in the service part of the customer relationship but how you respond to mess ups or misunderstandings become very important. Best of luck but I stand by my review which is trying to tell you re-evaluate your procedures, etc and try to root out problem areas and adjust to address/minimize them. More

“Professional” The attendants politely approached me as I entered the facility to ascertain the purpose of my visit. I explained and went in to speak with Chuck. H The attendants politely approached me as I entered the facility to ascertain the purpose of my visit. I explained and went in to speak with Chuck. He immediately checked out the problem and explained to me and the attendants the next steps. He, as well as the attendants, was very knowledgeable about what to do. Chuck is always pleasant and efficient and makes sure the customer is updated and is aware of the process and how long it may take. I recommend him to all my friends. More
