I drove my car into Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis and my Service Representative, Alex Clothier was able to immediately fit me in to the schedule even though I did not have an appointment. He was knowledgeable, courteous, concerned, attentive, and professional. He quickly discovered the source of the problem, replaced the defective part, solved the problem, had my care washed, vacuumed and back on the road in less than 2 hours.
