The MB of Annapolis Service Center has cared for ...both the Mercedes I have owned to date, a 2013 SLK 350 and a 2017 AMG C63 Cabriolet (now that is a car and a half). Chuck Leyman has been my servic ...both the Mercedes I have owned to date, a 2013 SLK 350 and a 2017 AMG C63 Cabriolet (now that is a car and a half). Chuck Leyman has been my service adviser for both vehicles and has been a true pleasure to work with. He is unfailingly available, agreeable, jocular and prompt, even when obviously busy. Drop offs, loaners and pick ups come off as promised, and things are done right the first time. The servicing at this facility (and I adore the free car washes) is so superior that it will weight very heavily in my consideration as to the make of auto I will purchase when replacing my current fire-breather. I would unconditionally recommend this facility to all MB owners in the area, Dr D More
