I was driving on I-95 N around Laurel, MD. heading to Kutztown University in Pennsylvania when I hit a massive rut/hole in the middle lane causing my left rear tire to go flat and knocking the sensor out Kutztown University in Pennsylvania when I hit a massive rut/hole in the middle lane causing my left rear tire to go flat and knocking the sensor out. I transferred my two teenagers from my vehicle to vehicle #2 that my wife was driving and they continued North while I eventually made it to the Mercedes Service Center in Annapolis. I was very stressed out and that was when I begin to be taken care of by Alex Clothier. He quoted a replacement tire fee with the sensor to be around $485 and the tire was also not in stock until Monday. Alex saw that I only owned my new vehicle for 2 weeks and he felt bad for me. He talked to management and he told me not to worry about the tire because they will cover me with Mercedes Benz Bucks. Alex also put me in a Loaner Mercedes Benz 350GLC SUV and he told me "Not to worry because I was going to Pennsylvania!" I couldn't believe that level of Top Level Service and I was so impressed that I put it on my Facebook page. I did make it safely to Pennsylvania and I picked up my family and brought them back while leaving my old vehicle with my Son in College. I definitely want to thank Alex Clothier for superior service! More

My review is for my experience at the Service Center. I pulled in, no appointment, but needed a tire replaced. I was directed to Alex. And was so glad for it!
