He listens intently to our descriptions of "strange" ailments, thoughtfully analyzes possible causes based on his own deep experience, finds the right tech to continue the diagnosis and fix the issue, then follows up with us in his own clear way, with a smile. Hard to find anyone else that thorough, anywhere. His management, Rodd Bowman and 'Mac' McConnell, are always there to pitch in, too, when he needs help with getting management or tech support attention at MBUSA or in Stuttgart. And, they've been called on several times for us. So, we see your Service Team as a smoothly running machine that always delivers. More

Steve and the team worked miracles and were able to find what my car needed, fix it quickly, set me up with an awesome loaner, and washed the car before I picked it up. I had to get my first ever 10,000 mile check up for my 2020 Mercedes GLB and the experience couldn't have been any better!
