I recently purchased a brand new Mercedes from Annapolis a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, the car developed a slow leak(due to a nail) in the rear tire a few days ago. Bryan was a huge help with my GLC. I brought it in with several sounds coming from the motor area. He put me in a loaner then had an update the same day! It took about a week to get the parts and everything fixed but I didn't have to worry about having another ride thanks to Bryan! I've been to a lot of service people before and he's the first one who actually seemed like they were listening to all of my concerns. My car is my other baby and he's my go to guy for anything big or small when it comes to my ride! More
