Just as they did last summer, Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis provided me with exceptional customer service! They were very friendly, quick to help and took the best care of my 450 GLS. Peter Herman was knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and communicated with me frequently with great service updates. Mr. Herman really made me feel like a valued customer. I could have gotten my car towed to any Mercedes in the area, but I chose this store because of the great customer service I received from Mr. Herman in August 2022.
