Note that once you buy from her, you will be a loyal customer again. Relationships are important, especially when spending your money, and Mia knows how to make sure that we are treated well. Where the review goes from a 5 to a 4 is the dealership, not the sales team. Placed downtown Annapolis, it is a high-traffic area, so the dealership is small compared to some, and may wait to pull the car you like, or if you have to get service, require a longer you drive a few minutes down the road. While one waits, the lounge area is stocked with snacks, coffee, other beverages, and a TV to help one pass the time. More

I came into the service department because my front brakes were squealing. One of the rotors was nicked and needed to be replaced. They replaced both rotors and pads but i kept hearing a noise. I took it back and Scott asked Keith the foreman to test drive it with me. Keith heard it and solved the problem. I heard noises from the back brakes and Keith also test drove it and realized that noise was normal and explained it to me. I appreciate the time and care they gave me without making me feel like I was just hearing things. Scott went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Thanks Scott and Keith! More
