Of course my father, Michael Benso, is the greatest and just as important to me, buying my first car on my own, was how easy and pleasurable my experience was with the Sales Managers, Larry and Drew and the Finance Manager, Tom. When I'm ready for my next Mercedes I will get it from the Mercedes Benz of Annapolis team and my father, Michael Benso. More
Eveyone at dealership was nice at the sale. That is what is expected. Then I needed a part for my car and that is when I talked with Shawn Parrett. He went out of his way to deliver great service on a next to nothing profit part. His knowledge and willingness to help speeks volumes of him as a person and your dealership for having him. Standing behind what you sell from the sale to the service and parts is what lots a dealerships claim to do. Yours dealership does it. No fanfare just facts. Paul Brookshire More
June 2005 I Took my ML 320 in for its 48,000 check-up. A person in the service department broke the lower apron for the driver's seat. I did not discover this until I returned home. I immediately called an person in the service department broke the lower apron for the driver's seat. I did not discover this until I returned home. I immediately called and reported the breakage. They said it would be ordered and repaired immediately. In Sept. they called and said the part was in, as we were leaving for Europe, I could not bring the car in. When we returned I called the dealership and made an appt. When I picked up the car it had not been repaired (it was left to me to discover this). They had given the part away to another customer. The part was reodered, again I went in. They did not have the complete part. As of 18 Nov. I am still waiting for the parts. There have been other incidents of this nature. After this is repaired I will never go to this dealership again. More
