This is our second Mercedes from Annapolis. Our first was a new C230. We always had excellent service in the past and we knew we would visit the Annapolis dealership again for any future purchases. We love the car, it is beautiful! Derek was very attentive and helpful..answering our many questions and making the whole buying process very fast and efficient. AND customer service does extend beyond the purchase...when we had an issue with the Airmatic a month after the purchase, Derek coordinated with the service department and made sure we had the car picked up and a loaner left for our use on short notice. This was extremely helpful, as we live an hour from Annapolis. Not many places these days continue to look after their customers once they walk out the door! More

MB of Annapolis has worked extremely hard to make my purchases the most hastle free experiences I ever had buying a luxury vehicle. On my first visit I was introduced to Chris Tarsa.... he is one of the most knowledgeable salespersons I have dealt with ....from the test drive, picking colors and options, pricing, and explaining the most efficient purchase and/or lease options they are an outstanding establishment to work with! Both Chris Tarsa and Mike Scherl were extremely helpful during the two days that my wife and I tried to find the "right" car for us. They showed us all the candidate cars in the building, and then stood f during the two days that my wife and I tried to find the "right" car for us. Price negotiation was pleasant, painless, and very acceptable from our standpoint. Tom Stancavage explained all our options for payment, and turned out the required paperwork in a very short time. To top that off, we were able to get registration and tags before we drove the car out of the show room! Before we left the dealership, Chris spent over an hour explaining the features of the car and how to use them. We have a standing invitation to come back for any additional "training" we might desire. This newest acquisition was our third Mercedes purchased from the Annapolis dealership in over 23 years. (We keep them a long time.) Each purchase event has left us with a good feeling. In another 10 years or so, I expect we'll be back for another new M-B! More
