Drew went out of his way & drove to the other lot to find the car we thought we like to buy at the time.Kim-finance explained all about $$. Even Larry (used car sales manager) was helpful. The truth is, we really were impressed with the look of the Mercedes that we bought,inside & outside. It's a C300 so it was not even the top of the line but we are very happy with the purchase. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Mr. Mike Benso of Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Mr. Benso met my husband and took him for a test drive of the CLK 350 convertible. My husband loved the car so I went back to the dealership with him to look at the car. We didn't make an appointment, in fact, when we showed up, it was late on a Friday night. Mike was working and took extra time to talk with us even though it was closing time. Mike knows his vehicles, and was able to answer all of our questions. We were having a hard time deciding between a different manufacturer's car and the Mercedes. Mike found out what our priorities were and was able to satisfy those with a different model. He showed us the CLK 550 Convertible, which met all of our needs. We decided to purchase the car. Not only was Mike pleasant to deal with, but everyone we came in contact with during the phases of purchase (including negotiating) were very professional and kind. We never felt like they were playing games or taking advantage of us. My husband owns a business and values customer service. The fact that he felt comfortable with the staff and especially our Sales contact is saying something! I have a feeling we will continue to do business with Mike Benso and M-B of Annapolis. More
