We all have a set of standards we expect and therefore 'business as normal'. However, I will take this time out my busy schedule to greatly compliment MB Rep Chris Tarsa. I have purchased and leased many cars through many different dealerships. Rep Chris Tarsa stands at the TOP of all my past experiences. I walked in on a cold, rainy, December afternoon and met an experienced professional that was not overbearing, not pushy, not arrogant but was clearly knowleagable, professional and readily responded to my queries. I have 2 children in out-of-state universities and needed another vehicle for me to drive. I immediatley felt like we were buying this car together. I test drove a car home. He called me later that evening to find out how my wife felt about the car. He called the next day and allowed me to continue "my ownership". Yes, I did purchace the car and was quietly introduced to the "money man" and the "warranty man" but done in a manner that was extremely friendly, low key and professional. I did not feel as though I was buying a car but going through a very, VERY pleasant experience. Chris called me to follow-up with items that were to be done. I brought the car to him. He called me when it was completed and he had the car back at the dealership. I have never felt I was alone in this whole experience but had the most professional and honest MB representative that Mercedes Benz would have wanted representing their automobiles, their history and their reputation. Al was professional throughout the showing, test driving, negotiating, and closing the purchase of my 07 E350 4-matic; He accompanied me during the test drive of two vehicles as I was unfamiliar with the car negotiating, and closing the purchase of my 07 E350 4-matic; He accompanied me during the test drive of two vehicles as I was unfamiliar with the cars; He made himself available at the time of my convenience and now, has followed up with several telephone calls which I appreciate; He offered to have the car ready for me to take home that day and arranged for me to have coffee and get lunch while I waited; These little things mean alot to me as a customer above and beyond negotiating the final price with warranty, etc. I was not pressured nor did I feel that any of the men at the dealership who spoke with me was condescending especially since I am an older female; I liked the level of respect and regard they showed me; I considered several other luxury cars and have been driving a cadillac previously but I must say that the professionalism, courtesy, and comfort that I experienced in buying my first Mercedes-Benz will stay with me; I shared this experience with members of my family and with my friends; I will remember how I spent Inauguration Day 2009 and enjoyed watching our first African American President take his oath of office in the lounge with the diverse members of the dealership team at Mercedec-Benz of Annapolis; A very good experience overall. Al was courteous, respectful of my time and questions, timely with his responses and accomodating with helping me make my choice of vehicle. As a professional I appreciate this level of service, starting with the operator who was right there in the showroom and would make sure that my messages were received in a timely manner, not just pushing them off to a voice mail. I highly recommend this dealership, my contact with Al Zayas and would refer my family, friends and colleagues for value and service. More
AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Michael Benso is the best car salesman I have every dealt with. First of all he met us while we were just wondering around the parking lot...no one else had even notice we were t salesman I have every dealt with. He introduced himself and went on to explain to us what the dealership had to offer and his goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied. Well satisfied we were. We test drove the GLK 350, Silver color, we knew already it was the type of vehicle we wanted however, we wanted to buy the white one that was park in the showroom. I was a little shy about asking for the deal I wanted and my husband said ask him. What I wanted was the white GLK (which had every option possible) for the price of the silver, GLK 350. WELL I GOT WHAT I WANTED...Michael Benso did whatever he had to do to ensure that I was a satified customer. When I'm ready to purchase a car again, I'm coming to Mercedes of Annapolis and asking for Michael Benso. His knowledge and expertise of Mercedes Benz vehicle is exceptional. More
It was a Very Satisfying Experience to purchase my 'new' 2007 C230 Sport from this dealership. I must particularly single out the friendliness, knowledgeability in the Mercedes line of autos, sales professionalism, and the attention received from the M-B Star Certified Sales Representative, Mr. Michael J. Benso, throughout the process of purchasing the vehicle. He made it easier for me to make the decision to purchase. I must add that I have known the quality of the Mercedes Benz product for a long time. That's why I am keeping my 'old' 1999 C230 Kompressor within the family, which I have kept running 'like new' with the help of the Annapolis M-B Maintenance Service Advisor, Jamie Wist. Michael Benso (Benz-o) went out of his way to make it convenient for me to get a needed repair. He drove to my workplace in Fairfax, VA, left me a loaner car, drove mine back to Annapolis for the work t convenient for me to get a needed repair.
