Mr. Benso is highly knowledgable on every aspect of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. He was friendly, polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. Mr. Benso spent a lot of time with us explaining all the vehicle details and various options. We also were introduced to the manager and we dealt with the finance person. Everyone that we met/dealt with were friendly and made us feel at home. We have purchased many vehicles over the years and I must say that we have never had such a wonderful experience. Mr. Benso went the "extra mile" in answering all our questions, giving us details about the various vehicles, and providing us with everything that we needed. The dealership was wonderful and customer service was exceptional. Mr. Benso takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. The quality of the Mercedes-Benz vehicles and quality of the dealership employees are absolutely the best. More

i recieved an e-mail from the service dept. saying that they had a sale on a & b service plans.. i called made an appoitment for service.. when i got there they said they did not send that e-mail to every they had a sale on a & b service plans.. i called made an appoitment for service.. when i got there they said they did not send that e-mail to everybody, i told her that i got the e-mail and she said that i should have printed it... the e-mail did not say anything about having to print it... she said she was sorry but could not help me... I bought my first new car on 11/30 from Al. He made the buying experience excellent. I'm very pleased with my experience and highly recommend this dealership. This was the first time I bought a new car and was a little nervous about spending too much money. My previuos car purchases were all CPO vehicles and were not a MB. My family is a lifetime customer of MB and knew the quality I was about to buy. I origanally was looking to buy a ML class MB but my wife decided she wanted the GL class instead. Al wasn't pushy just a class act altogether. He was attentive to all my needs and was very helpful. He showed me the cars and was very knowledgable about the MB brand. I thought the entire buying process was great. I was even able to get the special financing even with all my accumulated medical school debt. I highly recommend Al and all the staff at MB of Annapolis if you are in the market for a new MB. I would definately buy another car from this dealership. More
I previously had driven a volvo for the last 10 years, for the safety features. After I hit a deer and my volvo s80 was totalled, i was ready to purchase another volvo. However, i had such bad service e for the safety features. After I hit a deer and my volvo s80 was totalled, i was ready to purchase another volvo. However, i had such bad service experiences at the Volvo dealership in annapolis that i thought i'd investigate another brand. So my 1st visit was to Mercedez in annapolis where i met with Al who talked us through the all of the feature of the benz, including the safety ones. I had always thought, because of the marketing of the volvo, that they were the leaders in the safety features. However, after time with Al, he educated me on the benz's features. I test drove the C300 and still wanted to drive a BMW before i made my final decision. After visiting the BMW dealership in camp springs, i realized that the benz was the one for me. I called Al on his day off and he called me back in less than an hour. No pressure on negotiating, just upfront honesty. Al & I were able to arrange for the paperwork to be signed that evening and drove home in my new car. Al took the time to explain the features and event got my blackberry programmed while i was completing my paperwork. I think one of the things that sold me on the MB over the volvo and bmw was the service, road side assistance and the plan in place should i have difficulties with the car. When i had bad service experiences at Volvo, I had completed surveys, sent a 3 page letter about the problems i had with their service department, even while i was on an extended warranty. At no point in the last 4 years after my numerous complaints had anyone in their customer service called me to discuss my on-going problems. I would have been a volvo owner for life, but the service caused me to walk away and look into a company that prides itself in that area. More
I cannot thank Roger B. and Michele M.-N. enough for making this the best Birthday ever. I called the dealership (1st time ever) about 1:30pm and spoked to Roger. I shared with Roger that I wanted 200 making this the best Birthday ever. I called the dealership (1st time ever) about 1:30pm and spoked to Roger. I shared with Roger that I wanted 2009 E350 4matic that I saw online and the price I could pay going out the door. Ten minutes later, Roger calls me back stating that my offer was accepted. Now, I had to get to the dealers from Baltimore City and I needed an approval letter from my credit union. Keep in mind, I had no transportation because my 2008 C300 4matic was totaled the week before. I got to the credit union and while in there, the finance advisor, Michele, expressed her concerns about me not getting financed through them. She asked me to trust her and allow her to research an option better than the credit union's. Let me tell you, she got me approved for the amount of the car (no money down) with a lower interest rate and a shorter term. My transaction was pretty much completed by 3:00 pm. over the phone and the car was NEW. What makes buying this car so amazing is that Roger drove 40 miles to Baltimore City to get me, so I could finalize my transaction. MB of Annapolis employees were warm and welcoming as I got out of Roger's car and as I walked in the showroom. All the employees including, the detailer, Adrian, made this transaction special. MB of Annapolis' employees had me feeling like they all were buying the car with me. MB of Annapolis great 2 thumbs up and a 5-star rating for exceptional consumer service. This is my 4th MB and my usual MB dealership/family (20 miles from my house) only had 2008s and 2010s. There's a dealership 9 miles from my house that had a USED 2009 E350 4matic. That dealership's NO to a sale was a YES to a new family for the same price. MB of Annapolis thank you, thank you, thank you,.......I am sooooooooooooo happy with this car. P. S.
