The employees were courteous, friendly and informative. When my new vehicle arrived and had a small scratch on it, they immediately took care of it and provided a loaner vehicle while it was fixed. Our experience with Al started on our first visit to the dealership when we purchased a used SL550 in November, 2009. Al and the entire team made us feel extremely comfortable purchasing a car from them ev dealership when we purchased a used SL550 in November, 2009. Al and the entire team made us feel extremely comfortable purchasing a car from them even thought we are located a considerable distance from the dealership. We experienced a minor problem with the seat on the next day after buying the car and Al definitely went the "extra mile" to take care of the situation which included driving to us and leaving his personal vehicle so he could get the problem fixed. Over the last few months we have had 1 or 2 other minor issues that, once again, Al has been most helpful in getting resolved even though we are long distance. My wife was shopping for a new Mercedes and this dealership was the closest one to our home in Southern Maryland. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately met by Mike Benson, my wife ha dealership was the closest one to our home in Southern Maryland. When we arrived at the dealership we were immediately met by Mike Benson, my wife had accomplished a lot of internet research on the C350 model but was also interested in the E350. Mike quickly ascertained her requirements for the cars she was interested in and took her and myself on a series of test drives in both models, he was very knowledgable about all features and aspects of the cars and pointed out the various features for both. After my wife had made her selection (C350), Mike worked out the finance process and was easily able to accomodate the financing outline she wanted, his sales manager then pointed out to us that since we were members of USAA auto insurance, she was eligible for additional price discounts which when applied, saved her additional $ of the final negotiated price !! She was very happy with the entire sales experience and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful, the entire experience was great and professionaly conducted by the entire team at the dealership.
