We had talked to another salesman a week-or-so earlier and then returned to get some more information. Michelle Norquist (I think that's how it's spelled) was equally helpful in her role as financial manager. This is the fourth Mercedes we've purchased (the first in this area) and it was by far the best experience we've had in buying this or any auto. More

We came to the dealership in order to look for used C300. We didn't have an appointment but were greated warmly and courteously. We spent about a half hour in the lot before going for a test drive - at no point did we ever feel pressured to indicate if we were interested in buying the car. When we started to talk price, Derek showed professionalism and was respectful and patient. We are now proud owners of an '09 C300. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and would recommend the dealership - and especially Derek - to anyone. More

We were very pleased with the way Michael worked with us through the price negotiations and, even after we reached an agreement, followed through in making sure we had a complete understanding about the functions of the car so we could drive off the dealership feeling comfortabl with the car. The entire expeience was very refreshing, espscially compared to our experience at another Mile One Mercedes-Benz dealership just the day before.
