After 4 months I am still loving my new ML350 Diesel. Specifics I really appreciated were Mike's patience with me (and my wife!) as we vacilated between a lease and a purchase (I purchased), the Title and Registration folks' flexibility (I wanted my old vanity plates transferred that day so I could register on the Naval Academy), and the integrity of the entire team -- the car with all requested custom equipment was delivered on the day promised and at the exact cost quoted. In addition, a couple of times I dropped in with questions, one of the staff always was available and dropped what they were doing to provide excellent service. I contacted the dealership through an add for a CPO Mercedes-Benz GL450. I was transferred to Al Zayas who was very helpful from the start. I was picked up at the Airport by Al immediately at 740am on a Saturday, got coffee at Starbucks for me and my traveling companion and taken to the dealership. The dealership was very impressive, clean, and everyone helpful!! I was shown my vehicle, given the "how to" lecture on the car, signed the papers, and after lunch ( which they paid, thank you) was on the road back to my home state of Indiana. All great! While driving home, I received a call from Al just to see how my trip was going and how the vehicle was driving. That was a nice touch. I figured this would be the best way for me to speak with several dealers at once to get the most competitive quote. I also went on edmunds.com in order to get a better idea of how much people were paying for my car in the MD/VA/DC area. I can honestly say that Doug was able to beat quotes from other internet sales associates and the true market value price on edmunds.com. I am now a proud owner of a diamond white E350 coupe and would definately recommend Doug. Good luck on your search! More

My experience in purchasing a ML350 was the best. Mike listened to what I wanted and allowed me time to ask questions.
