He was very helpful with working with my credit union (faxing & phone calls). Once we got the financing done I decided to fly in so I could drive the vehicle back home. Also I had Carchex come to the dealership before I arrived to inspect the vehicle & Jim met with the inspector for photos & service. I live in Virginia Beach, Virginia and shopped by internet at every Mercedes dealership within driving distance. Although MileOne Mercedes Benz of Annapolis was located at the outer limits of the distance I was willing to drive to buy a new car, I chose this dealership because it gave me the best price for my new car and best trade in value for my old car and had a very large inventory from which to choose. When I arrived at the dealership after driving for a little over four hours, everthing was ready and the deal was just as we agreed. They didn't try to change anything knowing I had driven a long distance and would be reluctant to go back without a new car. My salesman, Steve, was courteous, professional and very personable. Even though it was late in the day on a Saturday, he took his time to thoroughly go over the features of the car with me.
