I will honestly tell you that buying a car can sometimes be an unpleasant experience. That was not the case at all when I purchased a new Mercedes Benz from this Annapolis dealership approximately a month a be an unpleasant experience. Overall we were extremely pleased with our experience of buying a new '11 Mercedes E-Class Cabriolet at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis. Our salesperson, Mr. Derek Nedd, was excellent--very personable, answered all our many questions as well as suggesting possible options, and very knowledgeable about all parts of the vehicle(s). He made sure we understood about leasing the vehicle, even though we ended out buying the car. We definitely appreciated him speaking to the manager about our dislike of the Mocha Almond interior in the convertible we test drove. In a very short time the manager located the same car (Paladium Silver) with an Ash Gray interior, which we clearly preferred and purchased. The financial part of the transaction was efficient and actually made more pleasurable by Mr. Tom Stancavage. The dealership and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We continue to enjoy our new car and learn something new about its operation every time we drive it (we still have a lot of reading and practicing to do!). I came to Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis to purchase a new GL 550. I had been driving a used GL 550 for several years and loved it, but it didn't have all the new features or Bluetooth capability. We arrived late in the evening and we were greeted by Steve McElroy. Steve was very polite and professional, even though it was late in the evening. He showed us the new options on the 2011 GL 550, give us the pricing detail and arranged for a test drive. We were in a hurry and scheduled a meeting the next week when the car arrived. Steve called frequently to notify me of the status of the arrival of the new car. When the car arrived I test drove the car, learned all about the features, sync my iPhone, and given complete details on how to operate the car. Steve referred me to Michele to complete the paperwork, which I dread, but Michele was very courteous and had all the paperwork ready to review with me. It was not drawn out and I was in and out. My experience has been very rewarding. I love my car and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

Al Zayas is very responsive to emails, phone calls and he even got all the paperwork togeth in the past three years. Yesterday I purchased an SL 550. The tank was even full! Once I had trouble setting my clock and making it sync with the analogue clock on the dash and I called him. He walked me right through it on the spot. Al fights for the lowest price for you and before he turned the car over to me he set up my iPhone and Sirius radio. More
