I have bought many cars in my life, and Mr. Wayne Discus, our sales consultant and his company, Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis are far the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Mr. Discus went the extra mile for me locating a Mercedes that fit my wife's needs. He even delivered the car to our home for her, as I have been down temporarily with my back. Everyone I dealt with from this company were very professional from day one. The owners and employees from this company are proud of their dealership and it shows in every aspect from start to finish. My wife's car arrived in spotless condition. In closing, I stated that Mr. Discus personally delivered our Mercedes to our doorstep. Our doorstep happened to be approximately 90 miles from the dealership. I thank every employee who was involved in processing our car. My wife was very excited and was extremely happy today when her car pulled into our driveway, It was the most amazing experience we have ever encountered in buying a vehicle. My wife was just in "awe" with the way the transaction was done. When Mr. Discus arrived at our hous he had all of the paperwork with him, it was correct and took five minutes to complete the transaction. I might also add that the finance manager called me several times in the morning to ensure everything would transpire without incident. I was looking at the GLK 350, and after answering my questions and showing me the model on the floor, they gave me the keys to a GLK and told me to go for a test drive. When I went to a local BMW dealer to compare the BMW X3, the salesperson took me for a drive and then let me drive it myself, for maybe a mile at most. The BMW approach was a real turnoff. Mercedes Benz of Annapolis had confidence in their product, and knew it would sell itself. The salesperson, Chris Tarsa, took almost 5 hours on a Saturday to answer my questions, explain pricing and leasing. The sales manager, Drew Litherland, was very helpful in running the numbers with me to get the lease payment I wanted. Additionally, they gave me a better than expected trade-in value for my old car. I really felt like they were working hard to win my loyalty and make me a repeat customer. I think they succeeded. I picked up my new GLK 350 today on a 3-year lease. I fully expect to get another Mercedes from this dealer three years from now. More

He checked on the vehicle, and promptly called me back to tell me that it was available. In addition, he invited me out to test drive it, and mentioned that he would call me on Monday as a courtesy if I were unable to make it to the dealership that day. During my experience at the dealership, he offered me a beverage, and told me about the waiting room and television (in case my daughter became bored during the process.) He was also knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He accompanied me on the test drive and asked for my thoughts about the performance of the vehicle. After I completed my paperwork in the finance department, he reviewed the major features of the vehicle and answered my questions. He programmed my home address into the navigation system, programmed one of my favorite stations into the radio, and showed me how to maneuver the additional features. The next day, after my purchase, when I realized that I had left my work parking permit, I called Mr. Discuss, and he retrieved the permit, and left me a message that he would try to send it to me through another dealership (affiliated with Mercedes Benz of Annapolis) that would be closer and more convenient for me since I live about 50 miles away. In addition to the quality service from my salesperson, Wayne Discuss, Michelle Mitchell, in the finance office, was also very professional and friendly. I would definitely return to this dealership to purchase another vehicle. More

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mercedes of Annapolis with Jim Turk! He is knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy (like most car sales persons that I have dealt with at other deralership Annapolis with Jim Turk! I knew that I wanted a 2011 GL Blutec and he got me the exact truck I wanted within two days! He even delivered it to me at my home on New Year's Eve so that I could get the diesel tax credit and not shelp my kids outside in the cold! This is my third purchase of a vehicle at this dealership. They, Chris Tarsa and all other personnel that I interacted with, have been from my first visit and purchase in September of 08, profess dealership. I did my research prior to my visit and found that what I expected was in fact right on the money. If anyone is looking for a great buying experience then this is the place - They found the exact vehicle and color that my wife wanted (always nice to satisfy the wife) I was able to work details on the phone prior to my visit and when I was at the dealership this minimized my time there to do the paperwork. As before, Mr. Tarsa explained the vehicle in detail as it is a new 2011 model and there were some things that I was not familiar with - He also activated my wifes cell phone blue tooth which was very nice. Not much more I can say except that I will need to trade in a 2000 model year vehicle next December and I expect I will go to MBAnnapolis. Mile One. More
