Everyone we dealt with here from our salesman, Jim Turk, to the Sales manager, Drew to the Finance & Leasing Manager, Michele were wonderful to work with. This is my third Mercedes purchae with two of them from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. I love how quickly they get you through the process yet spending enough time to explain the process and my new car purch Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. I cannot speak highly enough about Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. What an incredible, positive, and enjoyable experience. Casey Duffy, my Sales Consultant, was professional, courteous, and patient as he explained the Mercedes Benz experience. I have been driving German competitor vehicles for the last 15 years and was not familiar with MB. I was treated so well by both Casey and also by Sales Manager Drew Litherlind, that I could not imagine visiting any other dealer. I must admit that even Tom Stancavage made paying for my new car enoyable! I drove from Alexandria, VA (about 40 miles away) at the recommendation of others and am so pleased that I did. The overall atmosphere of the dealership was extremely professional, yet relaxed. There was no "sense" of high pressure. I witnessed employees assisting each other ensuring that the customers were always appropriately attended to. Mercedes Benz of Annapolis has set the bar to where all other Mercedes Benz Dealers should aspire to reach. Would I recommend this dealership? How loudly can I yell "YES" "YES" "YES". More

All employeees were very friendly and seemed to want to make sure you needed anything you desired. I must emphasize that therre was no pressure to buy the car, nor any of the atermarket items (extended warranty, Road Hazard Insurance, etc) The owner of the dealership was introduced to me and made me feel that he genuinely wanted to not only sell me a car, but start a long term experience with the dealership. Once, I arrived at the dealership, the receptionist was able to place me with a sales associate within 2 minutes. My husband and I had an opportunity to look at the car we saw online as well as other available used cars. We test drove the Infiniti FX35 and a 2008 ML350. we were able to talk openly with the sales representative about what type of vehicle we were looking for and the price range our budget could afford as far as financing. We chatted about fuel economy, service, maintenance and warranty options. Special thanks to Derek, Tom, Doug and Michelle for being professional, friendly and honest. More
First and foremost I have to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Chris Tarsa; he was awesome to work with! His follow up and follow throught was impeccable; at no point in the process did I have to run behind Chris. The best part was I never felt pressured at any time! I was even more impressed with the fact that I was treated with respect and not dismissed or taken advantage of since I was a woman (alone at the time) buying a car. Prior to walking in the door I had done some serious research and Chris confirmed everything I knew, even giving me additional info to consider. Trade-in value offered was phenomenal! Needless to say I did purchase the car and LOVE IT! During delivery of the car Chris never rushed the process and was very detailed; even though I previously owned the same type of car...which was great because we learned about a lot of new features and Chris stayed way pass closing (never once complained). He even took the time to set up our cell phones. As if thing could not get any better...when we left the dealership we were in the process of putting in a destination in the navigation...well long story short we pulled over a few blocks to finish. This car pulls up in front of us and here comes this man (remember it's late)...it was Chris checking on us to ensure we were alright and everything was ok with the car. That level of caring and customer service is almost extinct in this day and age. Chris Tarsa and MB of Annapolis is the only place for my family and I to buy cars...we'll be back in a few months for my husband's car. Also I have to menion Tom Stancavage; awesome guy who ensured the financial process was smooth, easy and fun! Who would have thought giving up so much money could be so much fun (CRAZY)! KUDOS!!!
