I worked with Wayne Discus. He was extremely helpful throughout the buying process. It took a little time to locate and get the exact car I wanted but they perserverd and came through. We had wonderful communication although I had an abundance of questions (We were buying this car 2 hours from our home in PA). Arriving to the dealer we were offered the restroom and refreshments. All the staff was excellent. The icing on the cake was while the abundance of paperwork was being completed they sent us to a local restaurant complimentary (WHAT DEALERS DO THIS...?) All dealers take notes from Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. Customer Service (Jim Turk was excellent, the lady that setup our paperwork excellent) Quality of Work (We didnt have any service performed) Friendliness (They took us to lunch need I say more) Overall Experience (Best car purchase to date) Price (we believe we saved thousands) Overall my wife wants a MB GLK350, when we are ready Jim Turk at Annapolis MB will be the first person I call. I had an opportunity to work with Wayne Discus to purchase my car at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. I lived in NY and Wayne was kind enough to pick me up at the train station on the date of delivery. I stopped into Annapolis to purchase my fourth Merecedes Benz. I set up an appointment with Michael ahead of time. I arrived at the dealership on time for my test drive. Michael was not available so another salesman took me for the drive. When we came back Michael was finished with his prior client and we sat and talked. I was very specific that I didn't want to play games and wanted his best price. I told him I always get three bids from 3 different dealerships and he had one shot to earn my business. I don't go back and bid the dealerships against each other. He gave me his price which was already higher than my first quote. I thanked him for his time and left the dealership. I received a call the next day asking where did he need to be price wise to earn my business. What did he not understand by not giving me his best price from the start? Michael's a nice and friendly person but he's the exact stigma of what people don't like about car salesmen. With a score of 840, and a repeat buyer, I should get the best price right from the start. I saved more than $200.00 a month by going to R&H in Owings Mills. Michael should be ashamed for trying to rip me off. I had purchased my 3 previous cars from Herb Gordon. More
