Exceptional Service I first met Christi with her friendly and engaging personality when starting to look for my next Mercedes Benz. She listened intently, understood my needs and that I was just beginning the shopping process. Three years later a CPO 2015 GLK 350 came along. During the test drive, Christi’s knowledge of Mercedes Benz was apparent as she describe the features and controls of this vehicle. Unfortunately this vehicle was not to be mine – it sold quickly and I wasn’t ready to act. Christi went to work with my best intentions in mind to help find my vehicle. Christi sent me updates of new vehicles arriving with pictures and detailed information. Through her hard work, patience, and tireless attitude, my GLK 350 crossed her desk. I became a loyal customer due to the people who work there like Matt Davis, who is one of the nicest, honest and most competent Service Advisors I have ever encountered at any dealership. He is always willing to "go the extra mile" to make sure you are satisfied with the service you received. I feel like Matt truly cares about making sure that you are (or will soon become) both a very happy and loyal customer. I also like how he takes time to explain the finer details of exactly what needs be serviced and why. I've never felt pressured to purchase anything extra or to buy something I didn't want or need.
