I decided to take a drive to a dealership that was a bit further from my home and I am very glad that I did. Kyle was right there to offer answers to any/all my questions. He was very patient with me as I needed some time to make up my mind on the car I wanted, the type of financing and just the overall deal. He was very supportive in helping me come to the deal that was best for me. He delvered my car when he said he would & stayed to show me all the little details. I am confident that should I need any help/direction in the future regarding my Mercedes that Kyle will be there for me. More

Nana is a young, well cultured gentleman, who patiently explained all options to me and tried very hard to give me the best offer possible. He answered all my questions intelligently and gave me several followup calls even after delivery to make sure everything was fine. The other guys that interacted with me briefly, including Lou the financial guy and Dwayne in the servive department were also very friendly and accomodating during the entire visit. This was my first car leasing experience that was not frustrating. Dealing with car salesmen is not always pleasant because they are so pushy and are only concerned about making a sale. However this is not Nana's approach he is professional and does not make you feel like he doesn't have time for you. He really worked with me and I found that very admirable. Overall Nana is terrific at what he does. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and I would recommend him to anyone looking to lease or purchase a car from Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor. More
