Hands down the best purchasing experience Nick Feroce!! I normally find purchasing/ or leasing a vehicle an exhausting and stressful chore. The sales team at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor changed my entire outlook. Nick Feroce was extremely helpful, as well as professional. He was efficient in answering all my questions- I had A LOT (he even remembered I work 3rd shift and contacted me at my convenience). Lou Kish in financing was also a pleasure; he walked me through the contract in a timely manner and made me feel at ease as I made my large purchase.
